First off we do some deep thinking. We rub our respective chins and Riboflavin scratches his beard and then we tell him to shave because he looks like grizzly adams. Then we argue over the beard and someone gets punched, then it gets all wierd, then we hug...we'll we dont hug but we yell obscenities until everyone's satisfied they got in a good burn. Past that, we think of a comic idea. If were in the same room its not too hard but we normall choose one of Riboflavins 12,348 ideas and start drawing. If were not in the same room then they send ides in the form of .txt documents to me and i tell them to explain it because they don't know how to use the language "English" then they draw it out for me so I can see it visually. Let me take you through one of our comics.

Riboflavin tells me the idea:

Riboflavin Says: Ok Frame 1: A guy is running from a zombie and says something, Frame 2: A dude boards up a door, Frame 3: The dude looks at the other guy on the other side of the door and says something else.

Then I try and figure out if thats in any way funny and if I could make it funny. I realize that I can with the addition of some dialogue, but im still curious as to the setup of the frames so I have Riboflavin draw it for me.

So then I ponder if he actually drew it or did he let his nephew draw it? 

Moving on I then draw the comic in my style, and scan it into photoshop.

Then I take the layer and remove the white and keep the "lineart" layer. I would post all of this but I lost the PSD's. So if you want to know how I color it's pretty similiar to this.

Then I pop out the brilliance that is the comic.
